Inital Management of an Acute Injury

It is important to know the initial management of an acute injury. The first 2-3 days are the most important in that it is vital we prevent the injury from getting worse. Over 65 Exercise Classes

Over 65 Exercise Classes Run by Chartered Physiotherapist These classes are designed to increase mobility, strength and balance. Classes have been running on Wednesdays at 11.00 am and 12.00 am and have proven such a success that we are now adding classes on Thursdays at 11.00 am and 12.00 am.
