The foot is a very intricate part of the body, consisting of 26 bones and 33 joints. Foot and ankle pain can be extremely debilitating because we need them to walk!!! Our expert physiotherapist’s will very often complete a biomechanical assessment when someone presents with foot and ankle pain to determine if there are any biomechanical deficits that could be contributing to the source of pain.
