Payment can be taken over the phone to secure your Pilates class, Limited to max 8 per class. All Pilates equipment is supplied. Run by masters-trained chartered physiotherapists Germaine Mallin and Erin Fretheim. For more information on our Dublin Pilates classes, please email  –PILATES@SOUTHSIDEPHYSIO.COM– if you are unable to make a Pilates class as early as possible. We will try to accommodate you in another class to make up for it if there is a space.

Where did Pilates come from?

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, Pilates is great to alleviate lower back pain and improve balance in elderly people. Joseph Pilates father was a gymnast and his mother was a naturopath in Mönchengladbach, Germany.
