The exercises are also designed to strengthen your buttock and shoulder blade muscles. These can also be weak with back or neck pain. Strengthening all these muscles will help your back and neck pain from recurring.
In our Pilates classes we also use exercises that improve your spinal flexibility. The ability to bend and twist is crucial for our normal day to day activity
