Stretches for Major muscle groups in legs

Quadriceps Stretch

Lie on your Right side, clasp L ankle and bring it to your bum. At the same time extend the left hip back. Hold 30 sec x 3. Repeat on the other side

 

Calf Stretch

Calf stretch

Facing wall with back foot pointing towards 12 o’ clock. Lean forward until you feel a stretch at the back of your right calf. Hold 30 sec x 3. Repeat on the other leg

Hamstring Stretch

Place hands behind back of thigh. Straighten leg as much as you can until you feel a stretch behind your right thigh. Hold 30sec x 3 times. Repeat on other leg
