When you arrive
Thankfully, due to our large clinic, we are easily able to manage physical distancing.
We ask you to come alone. If someone comes with you, we would ask that they wait in their car. If you require someone to accompany you for safety or communication reasons, they will also be required to answer the screening questions before entering the clinic.
Please use the bathroom before you leave home.
When you arrive, a sign will indicate to stop confirm that you have answered our screening questions. Your therapist may request that you wait in your car and then signal for you to come in. We aim to only have 1 person in the waiting area at a time.
You will be asked to use hand sanitizer and put on your mask prior to entering the clinic.
Payment can either be made in advance of your appointment over the phone, contactless. We can also keep your billing information securely stored in our clinic management system if you would prefer.
We are using table paper towels over bed and pillows which are disinfected after every person. We will not be able to provide blankets or towels so if you find you get cold during treatment, you are welcome to bring your own.
